So glad we decided to build with Perry Homes!
We chose to build the Winton 39 with Perry Homes, with just a few changes to the floor plan. The service and communication from Perry Homes during the building process has been wonderful. Ben Hancock was our sales consultant, he so great to deal with and he was so helpful when answering our questions and giving us advice to help us bring our house plans to life! We did have some issues with council pre-construction and Perry Homes was able to help us work out the best and most cost-effective way to meet their requirements. Once construction started, we were very lucky to have Brandon Calder allocated as our site supervisor. We live quite far from where we decided to build, so we were not able to visit the site, Brandon always kept us updated with lots of photos and details of how the build was progressing and was always willing to help in any way possible. We are so impressed at how quickly our house was built, just 3 months from when the slab was poured, which has allowed us to move in before Christmas! It has been a great experience to see our dream home come together, so glad we decided to build with Perry Homes!

Outstanding service from start to finish
I am so glad my partner and l walked into Perry Homes at Chisholm and met Ben the sales consultant. After being stuffed around by a previous builder and looking through hundreds of floor plans from other builders, I was so happy when Ben showed me a brand new design by Perry Homes which would fit our corner block perfectly. We were sold after our first initial meeting. After that everything just fell into place and l couldn’t be happier with the service Perry Homes provided us.
Ben was very accomodating to my indecisiveness and was always quick to answer emails and update us through out the whole design process.
Our site supervisor Brandon was nothing short than amazing. He constantly sent us updates, so we knew what was happening on site that day. He was super accomodating to any changes such as changing out kitchen cabinetry and was always quick to answer a text, call or email, even on the weekends.
I cannot thank the team at Perry Homs; Ben and Brandon for building us our first ever beautiful home.

First time building, glad we chose Perry Homes
We chose to build with Perry Homes because of their Carrington design, freedom to modify the floor plan and positive feedback from friends who had built with Perry Homes.
Our sales consultant, Noel, always made time to answer our questions and show us through the display home while finalising our plans and tender. Pricing has been fair and reasonable in comparison to other builders and their inclusions and packages are good. While we encountered some bumps/delays along the way (due to Covid disruptions, flooding, etc), since being assigned Brandon as our site supervisor, nothing has been short of 5 stars.
The construction has been completed under the expected time and Brandon has kept us informed along the way with texts, photos, calls and emails. He always responds promptly and has been great at sorting out minor issues (wrong item ordered, etc). We could not have asked for a better experience than what we received with Brandon, being our first time and not living close to the build.
We are looking forward to many happy years in our Perry home.

Loved building with Perry Homes
Building with Perry Homes has been nothing short of incredible. From our first meeting with the wonderful Sales Agent Ben Hancock, all the way through the build with our amazing Site Supervisor Brandon Calder.
From the beginning, Ben always had time for us, and always answered a call or text regarding questions about our potential home. Even after the build has started, and was out of Ben's hands, he was always happy to answer questions. On multiple occasions, I contacted Ben about measuring not only the house but existing furniture in the display home and he was quick to respond. Ben had a way of making us feel like we were people, friends even, and not just a number.
We were over the moon when we found out Brandon was to be our site supervisor, having read wonderful reviews about him on this website, and after meeting him we realised the wonderful customer service did not end with Ben. Brandon answered every call or text promptly, and never made it seem like any question was foolish. Brandon sent constant updates, so we always knew where the house was up to, and anytime we noticed an issue (such as wrong splashback tiles) he had this rectified instantly. Brandon was also very accommodating to any changes, such as reversing the way the backdoor opened (to match the display home.)
We cannot recommend Brandon and Ben, and Perry Homes enough, and are very thankful for what they have built for us.
The only advice I can offer is to make sure you read both your Tender plans and Electrical plan and make sure everything you want is in the right place, additionally have an in-person consultation with the electrician so you get exactly what you want. These things can generally be fixed during, and after, but may come at a cost of time and money if you don't have it correct from the get-go.
We purchased our land at the end of November 2021 and we are moved in already. Going with Perry has been the perfect choice for us.
This is very much our forever home, but if we were to ever build again, we wouldn't do it without Brandon running the show.

Amazing experience from start to finish!
We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Perry Homes. From the start our consultant Jordan was amazing. He was always easy to contact and answered all our questions and those he couldn’t answer himself he got an answer for us asap. Our site supervisor Dave was brilliant. He looked after our build as if it was his own ensuring we received the highest quality build possible. We are thrilled with our new home!!

Our build with Perry was great.
You won't get a better site supervisor then Brandon. From start to finish his communication was always open and honest. Everything he said would get done.
The trades workmanship was always of a high quality/standard. During material shortages we found Perry had products.
Our build was completed within 15 weeks.
We found that from our sales consultant Ben to site supervisor Brandon they knew what this house meant to us.
We appreciate everyone from Perry that help build our beautiful home.

Great Communication
Being a first time builder the process was really unnerving at first as I had no clue but the building supervisor was excellent to say the least. He had great communication skills and kept us informed about the progress and delays. We could not have asked for a better supervisor as nothing was too much for him when we raised concerns and or changed our minds. Was very thorough on workmanship and attention to detail. Cost was higher than qouted but reasonable due to rising costs. Overally extremely pleased with my build. Build was completed within promised timeframe and was way faster than other builders and we have moved in earlier than people that started their build’s before us

Dream to reality
As a first time builder we had no idea what we were in for. Perry Homes from the very first consult went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and stress free.
Noel was an absolute gentleman and with his great knowledge made sure our planning stage was hiccup free with his "nothing is a problem" attitude. the workmanship and build quality is top notch with nothing overlooked and all done in a speedy and smooth transition. our amazing site supervisor from the very first meeting has been the highlight of our build, we have been super lucky! he has been honest throughout and done everything in his power to put our minds at ease in such a stressful time.

Amazing Build of our Forever Home
It has taken two years to find the right forever home to build, we built an investment home with another builder over 18 months ago and had signed and paid a deposit to build with them again, but by chance we walked into the Carrington design home in Waterford County Estate, Chisholm and realized that it was what we were looking for and we are so glad we did.
We found the process between the two builders so different, building with Perry Homes allowed us to have the home built to our taste from modifying rooms to having solar skylights put in as part of the build, we also found that the alterations and the extras that we added didn’t have excessive costs on them.
The process with the salesman Noel at Chisholm was great and he was there to answer any questions, and was able to adapt the Carrington design to be our dream forever home.
We then moved onto the build, we were assigned this amazing site supervisor Brandon and from then on the build was a comfortable process, we found that Perry only has their supervisors covering 8-9 homes at a time where others have about double that to supervise, so we had the feeling that we were getting a custom build. We had a few hiccups with the build, (rain) but the supervisor was able to get the job caught up, I had never seen before the slab poured one day and the next day having the frame put up. We received weekly photos which kept us up to date, text message updates and he answered the phone every time we rang him. Not forgetting his great team of trades, extra thanks to the bricklayers having the whole house bricked in 2 days and it was a perfect job. The end result is this high-end masterpiece, thank you Perry Homes for building our dream……

Our first home is our dream home.
This build has been one of the best experiences of my life. I could not be more thankful to everyone involved in making it happen and for everything that has been accomplished for both myself and my partner to live in our dream home.
The build was supervised by a person with great attention to detail and more than enough experience to know exactly what needed to be done. Everything was done to the best possible standard in my honest and unbiased opinion.
The only minor issue we had pre build was dealt with quickly and efficiently, with no drama whatsoever and constant contact to resolve the issue.
The final cost ended up coming back with money in our pocket, so it goes without saying that we couldn’t be happier with that outcome!
We were updated regularly with any and all progress, we were listened to throughout everything and any and all comments we made were always acknowledged.
Overall we are obsessed with our new home and could not recommend Perry more.

‘Building our first home was an amazing experience. Perry homes was the first display home we walked in together and we fell in love. From the start, Noel was happy to spend a lot of time rearranging walls, getting rid of walls and rearranging bathrooms on our plan to suit us. He was always happy to see us and always ensured our calls and emails were replied to and every question answered. We can’t thank him enough for making our building experience a great one.
Even the colour choices for tiles and cupboards with the help from Jeanie were easy and enjoyable. Thank you! We love our bathrooms and kitchen!
The first day we met our supervisor Brandon on site, we knew the build would also be a breeze. Brandon was extremely organised, would reply to all our emails, calls and text ASAP. He would constantly send photos of the build for us to see every part. Brandon is such a genuine, easy person to get along with and we were blessed to have him as our supervisor, and even after the build, still continues to reply to our emails ASAP. We were constantly told by people ‘oh good luck building...’ but we were lucky enough to have such a positive experience! The build itself was under 12 weeks and we absolutely love our home!

Perry Homes are amazing
We moved into our first Perry Home 10 weeks ago in Watagan Rise Estate, Paxton, NSW. A modified Sirocco Home. We could not be happier.
From the planning and selection process through to the Build. Our site Manager had a great eye and nothing got past him. Even during Covid there were no delays due to great management.
The quality of the home is a 10. Huge selection at Beaumont tiles and a great selection of floor coverings.
Out of the 4 homes we have built this one wins hands down.
