John and Tracey Van Lawick - modified Sirocco 30 review

Perry Homes are amazing.....We moved into our first Perry Home 10 weeks ago in Watagan Rise Estate, Paxton, NSW. A modified Sirocco Home. We could not be happier. From the planning and selection process through to the Build. Our site Manager had a great eye and nothing got past him. Even during Covid there were no delays due to great management. The quality of the home is a 10. Huge selection at Beaumont tiles and a great selection of floor coverings. Out of the 4 homes we have built this one wins hands down.
